What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, work email, organisation and the description of the problem you write in a form. We do not buy contact data and we do not enrich it.
How we use it
To reply to you, to run the engagement if one begins, and to send VILL Intelligence if you asked for it. Nothing else.
Who sees it
The people responding, and anyone staffed on your engagement. We do not sell, rent or share your data, and this site carries no advertising trackers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become engagements are deleted after twelve months. Engagement records are retained for seven years where professional obligations require it.
Your rights
Write to us and we will confirm what we hold, correct it, or delete it - within thirty days, without asking why.
